We take great care in our packaging as we know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly and safe. When you order with us you can rest assured that your order is packaged with as much protection as necessary, using recycled boxes. There’s even a good chance you’ll get a pack of sweets with your order too!
Two of the leading delivery companies in the UK: Royal Mail and Parcelforce make collections from us every working day. They are two of the most reputable delivery companies in the UK and they help us work around the clock to deliver as efficiently and quickly as possible.
We aim to dispatch on the same day. Orders placed online with our courier are usually processed the same day, all weekends and holidays orders are dealt with on the following working day.
Digitally fulfilled items usually take an hour or so to complete (although some items may take up to 24 hours).
We pride ourselves in local logistics so any online order placed by locals will receive the swiftest delivery, and are also able to pick up in store! We aim to complete all digital orders within one hour.
