Do I get the Multiplayer Upgrade if I’ve already pre-ordered?
Players who have already pre-ordered at participating retailers and redeemed a code on the Activision redemption site for Beta access will get the Multiplayer Upgrade no matter when they pre-ordered. All digital pre-order customers will receive the Multiplayer Upgrade no matter when they pre-ordered.

How do I get the MP Upgrade?
Pre-order any digital or physical edition of Call of Duty®: WWII at participating retailers. Check your desired retailer for availability. For digital customers, you will automatically receive the Multiplayer Upgrade around Launch. For physical retail customers, you will receive a code from your retailer when you pre-order and must redeem that code at callofduty.com/redeem.

I’ve pre-ordered my copy of Call of Duty®: WWII through a participating retailer. Where can I locate my code?
In most cases, the code will be printed on your retail receipt or emailed to your online receipt email address. If you did not receive a code or can’t locate it, please contact your retailer.

What should I do if I lost or can’t find my code?
If you’ve lost or can’t find your code that you received for pre-ordering, please contact your retailer to recover your code.

How much 2XP do I get?
You get 4 hours of Multiplayer XP. Time will be counted as in-game Multiplayer game time.

When will I get the MP Upgrade?
You will receive the Weapon Unlock Token and 2XP when Call of Duty®: World War II around Launch. Check back for more details closer to Launch.

Which platforms will receive the Multiplayer Upgrade?
